Weyers Cave E-53, a 2008 KME 1500 GPM
Predator pumper with a 500 gallon water tank
undergoing acceptance tests at the
Virginia Department of Forestry facility in Crimora,
VA on December 5, 2008
1260 GPM being discharged from Engine 53,
a 1980 Sutphen 1250 GPM pumper.
The test was conducted at the
Shreckhise Nursery Pond located
on Route 256 in Weyers Cave, VA

a 1998 Sutphen 1500 GPM pumper
with a 500 gallon water tank powered by
a Detroit Diesel 8V92TA.
This annual performance test was performed
at the Virginia Dept. of
Forestry facility at Crimora, VA
Weyers Cave Tanker 50.
A 1994 Ford with a Detroit Diesel
Series 60 engine, a 500 GPM Darley
PTO pump with an
1800 gallon water tank.
Weyers Cave Engine 52.
A 1988 Hahn with a Detroit Diesel
8V92TA engine, a 1500 GPM
Hale pump, with a 500 gallon water tank.
